How do I change my tefladventure.com account username?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your account username. However, you can change your display name by going to your My Accounts page, clicking on the “Account Details” tab, and changing it in the text box under “Display name”.

How do I change my tefladventure.com account password?
Go to your My Accounts page, click on the “Account Details” tab, and you can change it in the text box under “New password”. Keep in mind, when you change your tefladventure.com password, it also changes the password you use to access your online lessons.

How do I access my lesson modules on the TEFL Adventure online course?
Go to online.tefladventure.com and sign in with your TEFL Adventure username and password.

I want a refund for a TEFL Adventure online course.
We’re sorry to hear that. Online courses are not eligible for transfer to another form of credit. We may approve a refund request provided the student has notified us of their desire for a refund within 7 days of having purchased an online course.
